3 wave bowl by Gunnar Nylund from the ASH series for Rörstrand Sweden.

It has a lovely blue and brown haresfur glaze. There is a vertical stripe decor on outside.

Gunnar Nylund (1904-97) was a famous Finnish-Swedish artist working with ceramic and glass.
He worked at Bing & Grøndahl in a short period from 1926-28 just before he established Saxbo together with Nathalie Krebs 1928-31. In 1931 he came to Rörstrand in Sweden and became shortly after their artistic leader. He stayed there until 1955 and also made several freelance works. From 1955 he was artistic leader at Strömbergshyttans Glasbruk.
