POLICIES FOR DANISH MOOD
CONDITION OF ITEMS
All items are used items so you have to expect normal wear. Incidences of cracks, chips or evident scratchmarks are stated in the item description. However very discrete scratchmarks and wear to base are not. We are pleased to provide a full condition report and additional photos on request.
We accept payment through PayPal, Bank transfer, and at pick-up.
When choosing payment with PayPal a 5% fee will be added to cover PayPals transaction and currency transversion fees.
For bank transfer within the EU please choose "Shared Transfer Costs".
For bank transfer outside the EU you will have to cover all transaction fees.
For bank transfer within Denmark there are no transfer fees.
Payment has to be proceeded within 3 days from ordering your item on our website. If it´s not paid within that time frame we will cancel your order and relist the item. If you for any reason cannot manage that time frame let us know and we will see if we can arrange something.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase or until it´s wrapped and shipped. We normally ship very fast. We will refund all your costs except for any transaction fees.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
Please notice that all taxes and duties to be paid in your country for receiving / importing your item/s are to be paid by you. They are not included in the total price you pay here. We mark your shipment as goods and put the full value of its content on the customs label. Your shipment cannot be marked as a gift.
All our items are sold under the European VAT margin scheme and VAT cannot be deducted.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
All items ordered from us are subject to availability. As we sell on different platforms there is a minor risk that an item gets sold twice within a short time frame. We check our mailbox very often but as we cannot check 24 hours a day we unfortunately cannot guarantee you availability. We will always sell the item to the person that has ordered first. If the item you have ordered already has been sold we will inform you asap (within 24 hours) and send you a full refund.
All items that are shipped with mail are shipped with track & trace and are fully insured.
We will ship most of your orders within 1-5 business days after your purchase. If we for some reason cannot manage that time frame we´ll contact you.
We ship with mail from Denmark with PostNord, GLS, DAO or UPS, or from Germany with DHL.
If it´s an urgent parcel - by example a birthday or Christmas present - just send us a message and we´ll do our best to get it shipped as fast as possible. You also have the possibility to get shipped with courier for the fastest delivery. Please send us a message and we will inform you about the extra costs and estimated time of arrival.
The shipping costs include shipment with track & trace and full insurance.
The shipping price for orders with a total weight over 20kg (including wrapping material) and for a few specific items e.g. furniture will have to be requested in advance. It´s NOT included in the total price shown at checkout.
Sometimes we can ship a combined order for a cheaper price. If you want to know the exact shipping costs for a combined order to your destination just send us a message.
Returns are accepted for shipped items only.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
● Custom or personalised orders
● Items on sale
● As a private customer within the EU you have the right to return a shipped item within 14 days after registred receipt. You will have take contact with us in advance so we can arrange it. According to the EU Directive on consumers rights we cover the original shipping charges for the item/s you want to return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will pay you a refund when we´ve received the returned item in same condition as delivered. You are responsible for any loss in value.
● We also offer you the possiblity to return a shipped items if you are a private customer from outside the EU. You will have to take contact with us within 7 days after registred receipt. Your item has to be returned within 14 days after receipt. We do not cover any shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will pay you a refund when we´ve received the returned item in same condition as delivered. You are responsible for any loss in value. PLEASE MARK THE SHIPMENT: RETURN OF GOODS
RETURN POLICY FOR UNDELIVERED GOODS RETURNED TO SENDER
If your shipment is returned to us because you gave us a wrong shipping address or because you did not pick up your shipment in time from pick-up spot we will have to charge you for the shipping costs and any extra expenses. Depending on shipping option and destination country the shipping costs might include shipping costs back & forth and custom fees.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED ITEM
If bad luck should happen and you receive an item damaged please take contact with us within 48 hours. Please also send us photos of the damages and of the box from outside. We need this to make a reclaim. We will either send you a substitute for the damaged item/s or send you a refund according to the damages.
REFUNDS FOR LOST SHIPPING
If your item should get lost in the mail and the shipping provider has declared it as lost we will send you a full refund. Please accept several weeks for investigation which the postal services need to possibly find your parcel. Some shipments take really long time and we cannot be held responsible for that.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQ´s
● Please note that the colors and brightness in the images can differ from the real item since they can vary on different monitors. We do our best to get the colors as close as we can like the real item.
● It is not allowed to use and copy images, logo, wording and descriptions from our shop pages. If you want to do so please ask in advance.
